Commission

By commissioning me you agree my terms of service

1. Send out an email to [email protected] with title Commission - / Your name/alias /2. Fill out the following information for each character.

  • Name of character -

  • Skin color -

  • Body type -

  • Gender -

  • Eye Color -

  • Hairstyle and color -

  • Distinguishing features -

  • Clothing ( describe or link picture ) -

  • Description of the drawing. Pose , action , idea. -

  • I agree to your TOS

3. I will provide you with a price quote. If you agree, I’ll deliver a sketch for your approval. Once the sketch is approved, full payment is made via invoice.4. Upon completion, I will deliver the final drawing in PNG format, at 5000px on the longest side.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service

I. GENERAL TERMS.Please include your email clearly, following the provided example.
Provide neat references; avoid walls of text.
If you fail to follow these rules, I reserve the right to decline your commission.
(1).I reserve the right to decline a commission if it involves themes or content I am unable or unwilling to draw.II. PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid in full upfront via an invoice.
Accepted currencies are USD ($) or EURO (€).III.CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do my best to ensure client satisfaction throughout the drawing process.
You will receive WIPs (work-in-progress updates) during the drawing process. Once a WIP is approved, no further changes will be made to that stage.
Please provide clear and specific feedback to avoid misunderstandings.IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY(1) Artist’s Rights
I, the artist, retain full copyright of the commissioned artwork. This includes the right to:Use the artwork for self-promotion in any format or platform.
Display the artwork publicly (e.g., in portfolios, books, or online).(2) Commissioner’s Rights
You, the commissioner, are allowed to:Use the artwork for personal purposes only, unless agreed otherwise.
Print the artwork and claim the rights to your character(s) depicted in it (but not the artwork itself).
Use the artwork for self-promotion with proper credit given to the artist.(3). If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.(4) Copyright Infringement
The following actions are considered copyright infringement:Using the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights.
Claiming credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing watermarks or signatures.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
Using the artwork for any form of machine learning/AI training, transformation, or reuse.(5). A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited
Using it for machine learning or AI is still completely prohibited in any form.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 100% FEE
These drawing are not posted anywhere by me. All other previous points and terms still apply.V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY(1). I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
(2). After payment has been made and work on the drawing has begun , you have no right to cancel the commission and no refunds will be made.
(3). If the payment has not been made yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
